Orange County Private Investigator - New Case Law says a police officer does not need

The California Supreme Court ruled that police can search the cell phone of a person who's been arrested including text messages without obtaining a warrant, and use that data as evidence.

This should bring fear into all Americans. As history has proven; it starts in California and rolls down to all of the other states. Folks this is just plain scary. If only our Supreme Court here in California felt the same way about the constitution as does the Ohio Supreme Court.  In 2009, the Ohio Supreme Court cheekily noted that "cell phones should be granted more privacy concerns than a package of cigarettes or a Traditional address book."

The Dillon Agency - Orange County Private Investigator has come put publicly against this ruling and have vowed to use all of our resources without hesitation to defend our clients who rights have been violated by law enforcement or any other governmental agency for that matter.

If your rights have been violated and you need aggressive-truth finding- investigative services contact us, The Dillon Agency - Orange County Private Investigator toll free at (877) 889-4217.
